In some cases, warming the area slightly with a heat gun or under ambient booth temperature can soften the adhesive enough to allow a smooth release. If you notice resistance or brittleness during removal, stop and assess—ripping tape off quickly, especially after it has cooled, increases the likelihood of leaving behind residue.
